Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Until one month before the workshop, you will be reimbursed of 50% of registration fees will be refund, minus 70€ for administrative fees.
From 30 days to the date of the workshop, you cannot be reimbursed.
Substitutions are free of charge: you just have to submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate at least two days before the event starting days.
